Gemma

Gemma offers a unique travel journal Italian menu.

Having studied and worked in restaurants in Italy, Chef Rami Aminov now gives in Gemma a personal interpretation to classic Italian dishes, while using fresh, local produce.

Gemma's pastas are made daily on the premises, while pizzas are baked on the spot in a special Italian taboon oven. From the menu: lamb thigh pappardelle, butternut squash gnocchi, taboon baked mullet fish fillet, beet risotto and more.

 

Gemma's clear and delicate design, by Haiblum-Shefer Architecture and Interior Design, pays homage to the ancient building where the restaurant is situated. Check it out!
